Interior is the department guests actually see, and the one where a wrong hire shows up fastest. Service slips, the Chief Stew quietly absorbs the extra load, and by the second charter of the season the whole team is running on empty.
We recruit interior crew for private and charter programmes, from Solo Stews on smaller boats through to full interior departments on 100m+ builds. Most searches start with the same two questions: what does the guest programme actually demand, and who is going to lead the team when it gets busy.

What we check before a CV reaches you

- Service pedigree matched to the programme
- A Chief Stew off a hard-running 60m charter yacht and one off a quiet 60m private boat are not interchangeable, whatever the CV says. We match to guest load and itinerary, not just to metres.
- Leadership, because most interior problems start as rota problems
- By the time service is slipping, the cause is usually weeks old and sits in how the team is run. We interview specifically for how a candidate builds a rota, handles a struggling junior, and pushes back on an unrealistic ask.
- Honest reasons for leaving
- We ask why each contract ended and then check the answer with the previous Chief Stew or Captain. Verbal referencing is done on every candidate, not sampled.
- Dual tickets that have actually been used
- Massage, beauty and fitness qualifications appear on far more CVs than they appear in practice. We confirm what a candidate has genuinely delivered onboard before it reaches your shortlist.
